I took delivery of a CPO 2011 SR5 4x4 yesterday. I previously owned a 2001 Tundra Limited 4x4 and really liked it. The 4Runner is a real step up in the amenities and I am hopeful it will exhibit the same sure-footedness I had in the Tundra.
The ice is accumulating as I write this and we expect upwards of two inches before this is over. By any measurement, this is an epic storm. Snow is one thing but ice is another animal. The lovely 4x4 will get you going but isn't going to stop you so the 4Runner just sits there, slowly being cocooned in an icy sarcophagus. Once it thaws out, I'll take it out and get to know it.
