That makes sense. Whenever you want to weld on your rig, let me know. We’ll need to plan a trip next month. I’m damn close to completing my build... just need to weld on a different set of shock tabs on the rear Diamond.

Sorry for the late reply: That aluminum tank is the PS reservoir. I bought the complete Howe Performance kit. Works well.

Good morning, I have a friend (not on any Toyota forums) wanting to sell his 1991 SR5 Forerunner. It has 300K on it and he tells me is does run but been a year or so since he drove it. What's it worth? It's an SR5, 3.0 V6, 5 spd w/ new clutch, 4WD and OEM wheels. Tires are unknown. No rust...

Try Dave's Insanity hot sauce... it'll remove it. You will need quite a bit depending on the size of the stain. It will even remove wax from floors. And yeah, I'm being serious. Good luck

Thanks... no performance gains but the under hood temps are much cooler. It no longer melts the loom running along the edge of the valve cover.

Jason, Nice build thread. I wish I could've made the trip this past weekend, looks like a great time was had by all. I didn't get my ignition & keys replaced, incorrect parts. That'll happen this weekend but I did get the alarm FOB's dialed in. Makes me nervous... someone is rolling around...

Thanks for the compliments. When I bought my truck, I wanted a 4runner but wifey had no part of that. Your rig is killer. I wish I could 35's but the A340F trans keeps me from doing so. The Yukon 5.29's really help but it is a friggin' toad in regards to power as it is. It has gained 1300...

Rock Rat, I have my solenoid next to the battery. I fabbed a bracket that tucks under the plastic battery tray, sits nice in that location. The wireless remote (awesome) is bolted to the inside fender edge between the air box.

Thanks guys. Yeah, Diamond front w/ 4WU 3 link & 12" FOX CO's, 8.4 Diamond full float w/ disc in the rear. Both ends ARB locked and an Inch Worm 4.7 gear driven Lefty. Very fun to drive. Wifey drives it to work daily. I get to play with it on the weekends.
