What is a good price ?

Good morning,
I have a friend (not on any Toyota forums) wanting to sell his 1991 SR5 Forerunner. It has 300K on it and he tells me is does run but been a year or so since he drove it. What's it worth?

It's an SR5, 3.0 V6, 5 spd w/ new clutch, 4WD and OEM wheels. Tires are unknown.
No rust (CA vehicle) and has some minor door dings and such.

It is completely bone stock?

Honestly maybe $1000 and that's to the right person. 2nd gen 4runners are a dime a dozen and everyone thinks they're all plagued with having terrible head gaskets. Plus that many miles scares people off pretty quickly.
