My thought was how long would a used on last me? Not sure if i should buy a brand new one or get a used one. Can you rebuild these units?

It will make the noise with the key on the position as well.

i am getting a squealing sound when i first start up my truck in the morning. i know the whole assembly is pretty expensive from Toyota. Anyone can tell me how i can fix this without going to the dealership?

The bolt just spins freely i cant get to come out or tighten. I tried a screwdriver behind the washer to give it some tension while i loosen it with my ratchet but no success.

My rear lower shock bolt won't loosen or tighten. What can i do to get it out to replace with a new bolt?

watched that video about 4 times, He running different shocks and different springs. i'm trying to install superflex coils with long travel shocks

I might call Toytec tomorrow and ask them. I'm so close to having the lift finished and i just keep on running into things.

so i bought my lift from toytec and it came with no directions. I just got my superflex coils installed today but i am having trouble getting my shocks to line up so i can bolt them in. Also not sure how the bushing go on the top of the shock.the kit came with 4 bushing 2 washers and 1 lock nut...

Thanks I will definitely try that tomorrow once i get out of work. Then once i get the springs in bolt the bottom the the shock and cut the band thats around the shock?

No i haven't done that yet. Guess that would be the next thing. I have toytec's extended rear ss brake lines to replace the old ones.

So Far i have removed both shock and springs from the 4runner, unbolted the Panhardbar and sway bar end links. I Came close to getting the left spring in but couldn't get it over that round lip on the axle. What am i doing wrong?:ybrick:

As of right now i do not have my licence. I get it back sometime in June:frusty:. So if i did do any wrenching it would have to be at my place. Thanks for the offer tho Swimmerboy2112
