Did you replace the blower resistor with a new one or was it used?

Not exactly sure what the stock ducting size or shape is but NAPA carries both round and oval shaped. They may even show it by application.

So I went to my local Jalopy Jungle and picked up the parts to fix my spare tire carrier. The cable on my 1994 had evidently snapped and it didn't have the bracket and spring when I bought the rig. As I replaced the parts, it dawned on me that if the cable was to break again, there is nothing...

Has anyone bought the silicone hose kits sold on eBay and made in China? Only $63.00 for a 14 piece coolant hose kit sounds too good to be true! Especially if it is really silicone!

I wouldn't be surprised if it is rusted in and getting it out may break the threads. I would try some PB Blaster a few times and let it penetrate before getting tough with it! There may be something better but don't know what it is. Hooe it goes well.

The symptoms you mention sure point to a vacuum leak. And with all the hoses these motors have, it could be anywhere! One of the first things I did when I bought my 94 was to change all the vacuum hoses. Not that expensive, our rigs are getting old and that rubber doesn't last forever! Hope it...

Code 21 is an O2 sensor. Sounds like you now have more work to do! �� Rod

NAPA chassis parts used to be made by Dana Corp and not sure if that still holds true. As far as I know, they still have a lifetime warranty. Between Dana and Moog, you can't go wrong, IMHO! I'm still a firm believer in grease able chassis parts but that has become harder to find in some cases...

BTW, the map lights on my 1994 T4R do come on when I open the door and I assume that's the way it should be.

There was a guy on here about a year-or-so ago that did a Ford V8 swap in is 2nd gen. Good write-up with lots of pictures. He was from Oregon, I don't remember his name and haven't heard anything for a while. It sure caught my attention! �� Rod
