When a timing belt change is being done the water pump should also be changed. Should the belt tensioner should also be replaced?

Update So the service advisor from Toyota of Boerne got back to. She said “ I have spoke with several technicians and parts department employees and they all say not to replace the air bag. There is no expiration for the inflator module” So good new I suppose.

To the best of my knowledge those are Takata airbags and Toyota only used them from 2002 to 2017. Third gen 4Runners should be good. Lookup Safety Recalls & Service Campaigns
