Evap failing emissions test I have a 2002 sr5 4 runner. I have replace the Evap canisters under the truck and the Evap purger in the engine. It is still failing the emissions test. What else can it be?

On my 2002 4 runner i have fixed the Evap system under the vehicle and i have also fixed the Evap purger system Nader the hood. It still keeps failing emissions Is there something else i can do?

If i buy a used one for my 2002 4Runner does it need to be programmed to my 4 runner or can i just replace it?

The speedometer dosent work as well.

So i recently bought a new 2002 4 runner. I have replaced the the throttle body, speed sensor and o2 sensor. I still have brake light, abs, trac off, vsc trac, and engine light on. Im get getting code po500 code. (Vehicle speed sensor A). Does anyone know what could be wrong?
