I took the little amp out, sounds great with my iPod hooked up.

The mounting brackets only fit one way, so they should be in the right place. The mounting kit and HU was bought from Crutchfield. I will try loosening the screws and putting pressure downward then retightening.

Just raising the stops fixed the problem. Thnx.

So if I can lift my one side of the hood up a bit, that means the stops are too low then I take it? Will check that out after work also.
