When I installed those injectors and used the injector size chart it was pretty far off. Its been awhile since I've messed with mine now, but when I tuned it I found that monitoring my short term fuel trims to be invaluable. With out monitoring that I had no way of knowing where to set my o2...
It has adjustable toytec coils in front with lc80 coils and shocks in the back. No body lift.
When I clearanced the front everything cleared on jack stands, but on a big bump yesterday I found that I rub just a little on the top of the inner fender. Not enough for me to really worry about.

Got it all together and tested it out on the beach.
Shes a little saggy up...
I didn't have to trim my body mounts. Real close tho. I wonder if maybe your tires are bit bigger or wheel spacing might affect it. My tires measure 34.75 on a 7.5 fj cruiser rim with 1.25 spacers.
I just got done doing this to mine. I trimmed the bottom of the airbox to fit and the battery is going to have to be turned to the side a bit.

Let me know if the link works. There should be quite a few pics.
I deleted mine and drive it every day with no cel. Find the diagram for the 3.4l swap in a 3.0 truck and use that vacuum layout for the 3.0 charcoal canister only leave out the canister. Works fine on my 96.
I'm having similar issues while its cold, but not as bad. Mine leans out when it's cold. I'm going to try pulling more fuel on the fuel map. Maybe the computer is seeing as too rich and pulling fuel.
Your o2 map is where you will change your afr values, but it goes hand in hand with the fuel map. That's where your stft come to play. Adjust your fuel map to keep your stft in check, not to change your afr numbers. At least in closed loop.
I've been running it every day since February. After a frustrating tuning learning curve it's been running pretty good. I just installed the 2.2 pulley and have been running the n/a supra injectors since the start. Even with the stock fuel pump I have absolutely no fuel starvation problems...
I've read this and it's what I used to put together just a quick base fuel map. The values I was referring too were in other maps that had just a couple cells with what appeared to be random values because I hadn't messed with them at all. All I did was zero them out.
The other links you posted...
All I have messed with so far is the fuel map just very basically. When I first installed it there were some random values in other maps that were throwing me off, but I think I got that taken care of. I'll look again tho to double check.
What all maps have you tuned for yours?
So everything has been running pretty good except for some sporatic afr numbers and a lean spot around 2k. Cruising down the freeway is mainly when I see it, but my runner will surge and my afr will bounce from 10ish then lean out before it normalizes. Any ideas? Vaccuum leak maybe? I'm going...
I just went through that with my 96 auto. I even called aem and the harness they told me to order was wrong. I believe it was the 30-2983.
I just made my own from a wrecking yard ecu and wiring instead.
I haven't had a chance to finish the fic install yet tho because I can't get the toyota TIS...
