No it's not my opinion as it's defiantly leaking, dealer said they would fix under warranty but i have read a lot of bad stories about it.
It's not leaking bad or enough to drip on to the skid plate.
I have the famous timing chain gasket leak at 20k miles and it's under warranty of course, i was wondering what other peoples experiences have been when getting this fixed under warranty.
IE any issues afterwards? My biggest concern is it will just leak again.
I guess i get a free oil change...
Just did a oil change and i'm missing one of the clips that hold the two front screws/spacer in does anyone know the part number? I just used a dap of silicone to hold the spacer in place. The TRD plate is the hardest part.
BTW are all 4 screws the same length? They are very long it seems.
Thanks!
Mine has push to start, i'm still trying to decide what to do toms key said there's will not work yet.
That Xtool D7 looks pretty nice. There are so many scan tools i don't which one to buy all my cars/trucks are toyotas.
Dealer wants $525 to make a extra key can i buy my own scan tool and make one? A used OEM key cost under 100.
There is not much info out there about the 23 model. I am looking for a scan tool as i have all Toyota's going from 2023 back to 1996.
Recently bought a 2023 4runner and it only has one key. Is it possible to make my own with a good scan tool? The dealer wants $520 to make one.
Just wondering what my options are as $520 would buy a nice scan tool that i could keep using over the years.
