TRD skid plate screw locks?

Just did a oil change and i'm missing one of the clips that hold the two front screws/spacer in does anyone know the part number? I just used a dap of silicone to hold the spacer in place. The TRD plate is the hardest part.

BTW are all 4 screws the same length? They are very long it seems.

I put a new set on this past summer, after 5 years. (along with a new oil pan drain plug)

All bolts were the same length. I think it was less than $20 for the skid plate bolt kit from McGeorge Toyota Parts online.

m10-1.5 19.8mm od push nut bolt retainer is what i need for mine but havent bought one yet. Three oil changes without it and Ill mount that screw first to line it all up, little more challenging but nothing too bad
