I've had both, the white is awesome, but the grey is absolutely amazing!!!! I think the grey is just a meaner looking color.

The shop I have looked at going with is a vinyl shop in Phoenix called ColorBomb. They do a lot of professional installs. To address the matte white, they say it's more difficult to keep clean because of the texture. Also not a huge fan of reflective chrome but I am going to check out that...

Ive actually been told matte white is difficult, and told if I want to stay white go with a satin white.
