So somehow ended up with a busted dust cover, not sure how. Dealer said they wouldn't replace under warranty, because it was not a defect, but that we surely must have hit something. Brought it up the line with toyota care, mind you I didn't have but 10k on the clock when this all went down...

Bumping this thread... New trail less than 10K miles on it and I have a busted LBJ boot. Dealer caught it on the service check, want me to let them take it all apart for just a mear $300 and then possibly replace the entire LCA! :rolleyes: I would like to let them look but I will not be paying...

Any pics of 2.5 up front 1.5 rear on stock tires? Will likely roll stock tires a little longer before getting new ones, but don't want to do this and then have to adjust all the settings in a few months. Also is it possible to adjust front springs while in place? Apply spring compressor then...

when I initially ordered from Auto Anything they said ship date no later than jan 5th. I knew it was too good to be true, in the time frame of about an hour they updated the new ship date to jan 9th! :frusty: Oh well. Got the rears on amazon, along with the rear daystar spacer, I hope I'm not...

Does anyone know of any place that has the Front Bilstein 5100 p/n: 24-196499 in stock? I have called about every place I know of and all have the same answer....Bilstein Backorder...be about mid to late Jan before anyone has stock. Thanks for the input.
