Has been an excellent winter in the northeast...except for my rear door. When I pull on the handle I can hear the motor work and the door moves about 1 cm but does not open. If i shove it hard the motor will pull it back flush. Rear window still rolls down and up fine. Any thoughts on what to do?

I have a 2008 SR5 V6. Lately I have noticed a rumbling sound while on the highway. The rumbling only occurs when I take my foot off the gas pedal and at higher speeds (probably 40-50mph and above.) It sounds like it is coming from under the rear seats. Any ideas on what it could be?

Okay so I tried to jump it today. Got it all hooked up to the other car and ran the other car for a couple minutes. First thing happened as soon as other car turned on was running lights and console lights on the 4runner came on. Let it charge for a couple minutes, then tried to start it. Again...

Thanks for all the advice. I was hoping it was a dead battery, will try to jump in later and see if that works! Besides setting up a trickle charger, is there anything else i should do to keep the truck in good shape while it's sitting outside?
