Rear door clicking but not opening

Has been an excellent winter in the northeast...except for my rear door. When I pull on the handle I can hear the motor work and the door moves about 1 cm but does not open. If i shove it hard the motor will pull it back flush. Rear window still rolls down and up fine. Any thoughts on what to do?

sounds like the motor is shot or on the way out
its about a $100 part
to open it apply pressure inward while pressing the button

There should be an access panel that lets you get at the release lever on the actuator also.
