The check engine light was on but I am assuming it reset when I disconnected the battery. Those as well as the headlight switch is all I changed.

Sorry for late response. As far as the fuses, I replaced the fuse for the one labeled stop. I have not checked to see if I have power at the brake light switch. I will check that and report back.
