01' 4Runner throwing a ton of codes. Need help guys

Need some help, our 01' 4Runner is running rough these days. Here are the results of a recent scan:

Cylinder 1 and 6 misfire
Air fuel sensor circuit malfunction
Random cylinder misfire
P0300
P0301
P0306
P1135
P0300

Truck has 225K miles, auto, V6. Did some digging around, looks like the usual suspects (coil, plugs, wires, MAF) could be the problem. Any ideas where to start first? Thanks guys!

I always start with the basics ... Plugs wires . What codes outside misfire codes

Thanks, do most go with OEM Toyota wires or something I can pick up at Autozone/Advance etc.?

What's a good/economical place to get a coil also?

Denso or NGK for the plugs and wires. Don't know about a coil -

Have the O2 sensors (or in your case A/F sensor) ever been changed?

You can switch the coils around to see if the misfire changes cylinders. If it does, then the coil(s) are a likely culprit.

Make sure to get dual electrode Denso or NGK plugs.
