02 4runner limited ready for new suspension

Guys

I am looking into replacing my shocks with ball joints and just have a few questions.

Right now, my 4runner measurements from the center wheel hub to wheel flare is about 20" all the way around.

My ideal at around 140k is to replace the lower ball joints and bolts with new Toyota replacements.

While I at it I would also like to add Bilstein 5100 all the way around. I like to add a minor lift so I can add 267 65 16 tires. I was thinking of not replacing the front coils and just set the 5100 to 2nd clip (0.85") and also add 1.0" spring spacer in the rear.

Let me hear from you all and what to do and not too due by your experience.

You don't need to lift it to fit those tires. Just make sure the front alignment is set with the caster at the top of the factory range and it will clear the mud flaps / fender.

Since your front (and rear!) is still at/near 20", you don't have sagged springs - I would still suggest new rear springs - the stock rear springs are incredibly soft. Keeping the stock front springs is totally reasonable.

Eibach has a set of 1" lift rear springs, though I have never seen a review... Those would likely be better than spacers. The rest of the plan is good.
