02' SR5 manual level selection HVAC not changing

I was changing levels to defrost the other morning, the knob fell off in my hand...no big deal. Put it back on and turned it to defrost, it wouldn't change from full dash vents. Turned truck off, tried again and didn't hear the servos or anything move.

I can't find anything about these manual selectors not working. Any ideas?

perhaps the cable got knocked off the back of the lever at the same time the knob came off the front?

Pull the center console and check it out.. It's easy to pop that open.

You can't find anything about those manual selectors because they aren't manual.
No cables to get knocked off, and unlikely that pulling the center console is gonna tell you anything at all.
I can't help much, but if the other servos work(hot/cold), then I'm guessing it might be a bad servo on the blend door. There are multiple servos for the blends though- do any of them move when selecting def/top/floor etc?
