My brake light in the dash stays on? help

Do you seriously expect any good leads with your post? Not trying to be a jerk, but if you want help give more info. From what you posted I could say you have a 02 runner and no more. Which brake light, e-brake or abs, is the truck 2 or 4wd, how long has the light been on for, have you checked your front pads, e-brake adjustment, do they feel different, are the warning tabs squeeling is the fluid level correct? If any of these things seem hard to check I would take it to a dealer and have it looked at for the peice of mind.

if its your e-brake light -- looks like this: ((brake)) then its your brake fluid.
