V v5ensx New member Aug 11, 2025 #1 Helping a buddy with a 2003 4Runner 4.0. Check engine light came on, pulled codes: P0136 & P0156, both codes are for bank 1 & 2 sensor 2. Could both sensor fail at the same time or is there a possible issue elsewhere?
