Recently had the P0420 Error Code - o2 Storage Bank 1 Fail

I did a bunch of googling and youtubing and worked on the PASSENGER SIDE o2 Sensor and flange connections.

This indicates I should be working on the DRIVER'S SIDE o2 sensor for Bank 1 since my vehicle is a V8.

Which is correct? Is Bank 1 on the driver or passenger side on a V8?

Cue up favorite curse words and string them together. Bank 1 is always on side with cylinder 1.

Thank you, as frustrating as it is, this is the first time I've done any work on o2s and exhaust, so I look at it as the cost of learning. Now I can work on the other side with a lot more knowledge!:rockon:
