03 Maintenence/Tune Up Question

I need some advice about what to do with my wife's 03 4runner. It has 130,000 miles on it. I have no idea about the service history of the vehicle. She bought it brand new several years before we met. It seems to be running fine.

I'm assuming things like spark plugs have not been replaced. Can someone give me a run down of things I should be getting done to the vehicle in order to do some preventive maintenance.

130K is pretty high mileage, so I know there are some things that should have been done at least at 100K. I want to try and get things on track because I plan to keep this vehicle to hopefully 200K

I own 2 V8's, so i cant be of much help to you.

the only thing i can weigh in on is that the spark plug interval for V6's is 30k. might want to look into a fluid refresh. it'll be simple with 2WD. why not change the coolant while you're at it.

Yes do a full fluid flush / change and plugs and all filters.

With no service history to work from, there may be more on your check list right now than if regular maintenance had been kept up.
