Ummm....yea...I DID figure it out. If you look at my previous post, I wrote up a fix. But, I do appreciate the response, as I didn't write (in my fix) how to remove the switch. Thanks!

VH2001 thanks for figuring this out. Just changed the relay and intermittents work great now. Toyota diagnosed as wiper motor problem so I changed that first but obviously was not the problem so took motor back. Only problem is wipers now go down first then up instead of up then down. Can anyone help me figure out what I did wrong. Did I make a mistake when I replaced the wiper motor or could it still be something wrong with the switch?

Thanks for this thread. My wipers were doing the same thing, Intermittent was no go, the other speeds were fine. Not really a big issue in florida as it is either to light of rain to even bother with the intermittent speeds, or it is full on hurricane and just go full speed. gonna make a junk yard run saturday to get the toggle from a parts vehicle
