04 Limited Climate Control Version

I have an 04 Limited with an fan AC/Fan issue and my next step in troubleshooting is to buy a used AC/Heater control. Can anyone tell by my picture if I have a straight or beveled unit?

I am having the following issue. The fan intermittently works about 70% of the time and the AC only works when the temp is set to LO. If I change the temp to anything above the lowest setting, it changes to heat and hot air. Bottom line, I have 2 settings (extreme hot and cold). I swapped the EC and Fog light relay.

There is a part number on the back of the unit (buttons).

But your symptoms sound more like bad actuators. Like blend door thread that are all over this forum.

Also check your Freon level. My 04 seems sensitive to much or to little makes it not normal.
