04 Tacoma 3.0l V6 4x4 Engine Parts compatability?

These being all brand new OEM Toyota Parts from 04 Tacoma 3.0l V6 4x4 would these fit what years or engines on our 4Runners? Possibly 2003 T4R 4.0l V6 w/1GR-FE or possibly 1996 T4R 2.7l 4cyl manual 5spd w/3RZ-FE?
