Just so you guys know, THESE HEADERS ARE IN STOCK, and as soon as we get at least 5 people, they will be READY TO SHIP.

I've had a few people ask if they can pay with paypal. If you want to pay with paypal, send $685.00 to [email protected] only via the Friends and Family sending option.
(just a reminder to anyone else with a 05-09 V8. The factory headers WILL FAIL eventually. Toyota's manifold design was very poor and the factory headers will end up cracking. They seems to last maybe 10 years before this happens. Also keep in mind that Toyota charges, $1,500 for factory headers! These are over half that, and have a lifetime warranty, add 30hp, 30 ft lbs of torque and better gas mileage!)

man, i would really like to do this as i think im getting the tic of a cracked header (replaced my exhaust manifold on my '98 4banger tacoma back in the day for the same reason), but $680 plus 6 hours of shop time to install...im looking at at least $1,200!!
Wish there was no welding involved, i would be sending my money right now!!

You'll probably spend AT LEAST that much on replacing the manifolds with OEM. And they'll probably crack again anyway.
I'm very happy now that mine is quiet without the damn TICK...TICK!
I would be intrested if anyone has ever asked DT about doing a actual bolt on option? With the cat and flanges already welded to it.
I would be down if it was not for the welding part. I can easily install them my self if it were not for that part. The headers are not too expensive. It's the labor to insall them, expecially knowing I can do it my self if they had cats already on.

yes, but it just takes a little warmup of the engine for it to go away. it doesnt bother me $1200 worth as of yet!
if a denver shop has done a set or two, i would consider it.
Mine did that once. Couple months later not so much, now it won't go away...
