Wiring driving lights. Where do you grab the high beam wire to trip the relay through a switch?

I want the driving lights to come on with the high beams, but I can turn driving lights off through a dash mounted switch.

The last wire.

When I tested the wires to the bulb, fuse block, factory headlight relay: they are all HOT when the truck is turned off. As soon as I tried the line that would turn the relay it flips with the lights off.

What did I miss here ?

I am looking for a cold line that goes hot when the high beams go on.
