05 SR5 with 144k...Differential Flush & Change

Im getting ready to change out the fluids in my differentials and transfer case. Ive checked the service records, and dont see that it has been done (or at least not recorded). Before doing the change to Mobil 1, would it be beneficial to drain them, fill with SupetTech, take it around town to "flush", then redrain and refill with the Mobil 1?

I wouldn't waste the fluid on the flush procedure, just get the drivetrain good and warm by driving it, then drain immediately and completely. There are no combustion byproducts to remove unlike an engine. If you want to, you could squeeze a bit of new fluid through the fill hole after the drain completes...this would wash over the gears and push out more of the old fluid.

You probably already know this but....
Make sure you remove the FILL plugs before draining the diff's and t-case.
It would not be good to have an empty diff/t-case and not be able to fill it back up.

The fluid Id use would only be $25-$30. Itd be more of a pain in the ass disposing it than a cost issue lol.
