05 taco susp w/Bilsteins ?

i have an opportunity to get a free factory suspension take off from a 2005 taco. it was removed in 2005 so it only has about 3,500 miles on it.

ive read it will fit my 2004 4rnr 4wd.

anyone NOT recommend this and of course, am i mistaken that it will swap over?

my front shocks are pretty sloshy and i would like to stick the shrock works bumper on in the coming month.......

ill-advised?

The front will work but not the back........ But why would you? Same setup you pretty much have

i know, but my front suspension seems washed out.......sagging and very soft. and it's free.......

Keep your eyes out for an FJ set up. You can usually find a set for free or damn near. The coils will provide a 1/2 inch lift and a "firmer" ride that many perfer.

imo, if you are installing a shrockworks bumper next month, get better front coils than the ones your considering.

:iagree: If your gonna add a bumper and possibly a winch, your gonna want some OME HD coils or new coilovers to handle the extra weight.
