I forgot to tell everyone the 06 tail lamps, the cool LED ones, will not fit on a 2005 or previous model!!

That's too bad, but how about the 2006 navi? will it fits 2003+ ?

PS- is the 2006 hood bolted on differently than previous models?

You sure about that? they look like the exact same size and shape as the older ones.

The curve at the top is different....I doesn't look like it will fit do to that...

Specifics on why and where the tails and hood don't fit would be good. Pics will sure help. Did you actually try these mods? Looks to me like all the changes are plastic or trim pieces and Toyota left the sheet metal intact.

I was thinking the same thing. We could all probably transform our 05's into 06 models. Replace front bumper, fog lights, headlights, rear lights, and fender flares.

Don't laugh. I just might do it. Get a new truck that is. I really like the looks of the 06 vs. my 1 year old 4Runner. If the trade in depreciation is under 5k, then I'll do it. We'll see when my dealer gets a Galactica Gray or White Sport V8
