06 Sport rims touch up paint

Have have some chips in the silver painted area of the rims from the tire hack shop. Any of you ever has to touch that up ??

Ideally I would like that silver painted area painted to match the truck color of Gal. Gray . It wouldn't be hard just to much down time without a vehicle.

Another ideal thing would be to have them widened to 8"-8.5" . I know there is a few company's who do that , but to much $$$ .

Go to an automotive paint store, and get some paint chips to match up to your silver. Then you'd have a paint code to get your touch up paint, and clearcoat touch ups. Probably the easiest way unless the dealer can look up what paint was used on the rims somehow to get you an exact paint code....

LOL....I was digging through my tool box and found a touch up bottle of silver paint from my Stang GT. I tried it and it looks real good .

Yes , I went over it with some clay bar to take off some high and uneven spot , looks great for a touch up paint job.
