Owner's Manuals are around $16 from Toyota Publications (800 number is on Toyota's Web site) or from any dealer.
The manual is also posted in PDF format at Toyota Tech Info System (TIS), along with TSB's and the Service Manuals. A one-day subscription to TIS is $10. Note however that the manuals are sliced up into lots of little PDF files, making it a lot harder to download the entire Service Manual. Even the Owners Manual is over 25 files.
