You should have no problems towing that camper I tow a Jayco 19H with my 06-V6 4runner I figure about 4,500lbs when full and it does better than I expected.
Make shure you put the auto trans in 4th gear on anything other than a flat road and on long hiway hills you may want to drop it in third gear and let her spin a little. It's better to hold a gear then to let the trans keep shifting from third to forth gear.
Make sure you have a good sway control on your hitch and run the tires with about 5 to 10lbs up from normal when you tow. I found the stock Dunflops a little squirmey with 32psi so I ran them at 40psi and it was much better.

I tow a 26' camper with my 2007 V8 AWD Limited, no problem at all. Though I wish it had a bigger gas tank to extend the range between fill-ups (I get 10-12 MPG while towing). Dry weight for the trailer is about 4400 pounds, and I weighed it at 5400 pounds loaded on a truck scale. Most of my towing is in the Colorado mountains, from 7,000-11,000 feet altitude.
I use a Hensley Arrow hitch to eliminate the trailer sway. Not cheap, but makes life a lot easier and safer.

Okay, so it's not a 4Runner or an RV.....but it is the only type of trailer I have ever had to pull. It is a 53-foot Great Dane "dry van" trailer, and the tractor is a 2007 Sterling with a Mercedes 6-cylinder turbodiesel and a ten-speed manual transmission. Unfortunately, that (then-new) Sterling went to another driver and I typically drive a 2004 International 8200 or a 2008 tandem-axle Sterling straight truck -- both with Cummins turbodiesel engines.
Oddly, I would probably have a much harder time trying to drive a 4Runner pulling a camper than I do with a tractor-trailer.
