'07 4Runner Adventure Series & Katzin Leather?

Hello, we are looking at possibly purchasing an '07 4Runner that has Katzin Leather seating and "Adventure Series" emblems on the exterior and on the leather seating. We are currently 3rd gen 4Runner owners and have never heard of this series on any 4Runner or of Katzin Leather, can someone please clarify what this is?

Katzkin is nice stuff, its just new upholstery that is custom made to the car. "Adventure series" sounds like some package that was made up at the dealership level.
