'06 both windshield washer pumps not working

The other day I noticed that both my front and rear windshield washer pumps arent working. The front/rear washer motors work just fine. I check the fluid and the tank is full. The only fuse I see is left lower dash for the motor and it was fine. What could be the cause of both pumps not working? I take it that there is a front and rear pump on the bottom of the fluid tank? There has to be a fuse im missing or a common relay they share that might be bad? I do not hear any pump sound when trying to use either the front or rear washers.

Any help troubleshooting is greatly appreciated.

INSPECT WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Operation Check
(1) Pour the washer fluid into the washer jar with the washer motor and the pump installed to the washer jar assembly.
(2) Connect the battery (+) to terminal 1 of the washer motor and the pump, the battery (-) to terminal 2 of the washer motor and the pump. Check that the water comes out from the washer jar.

I dont own a FSM to review. I was up at the local auto parts looking at the Chilton manual and it didnt even have info on it. If there are 2 pumps, is it controlled by a common fuse or relay? Both windshield and rear wiper motors work fine, just no fluid dispensing at all.

Just a thought, but with the colder temps of late it might just be that the nozzles and or hoses to them are frozen. Especially if you don't use full strength washer fluid, which is still only good to about 15-20 degrees (if I recall correctly).

I dont think its frozen. I am in MD and its been very cold, but I dont even hear the pumps making the typical sound they do. Even if frozen, I should hear the pumps when activated. I am wondering if there is a corroded common ground that is causing this. I need to figure out how to remove the right front fender skirt and remove the wheel to test the leads for power. Do these run off the 30A washer motor fuse in the console?

I looked at the electrical wiring diagram book I have for my '03 (not sure if they are the same for your '06), and it appears that the front and rear washer pumps are sourced from two different fuses. The front is a 30A, and the rear is a 15A. It looks like the only common component to both is the combo wiper/washer switch on the steering column. It looks like both the front and rear function control switches share a common ignition ground which goes through a harness connector (J15 in my book) connecting to the combo switch, then the harness go to connector J5 down near the left kick panel, to what looks like some type of junction box (not sure from the drawings).

Again, this is from the factory book for my '03. It may or may not be the same for your '06. Hope this helps.

Just a quick FYI, im in NJ and mine were frozen and i didnt hear the pumps or any kind of mechanical noise. When it warmed up they worked fine. (They had been frozen for the last week or so).
