07 Highlander

My sister was looking into either purchasing a new rav4 or a 2007 Highlander. Does anyone have any info on the 07 model?

I would expect that Lexus RX and Highlander be changed at the same time (like Camry and ES). If Lexus has already released the 2007 RX350, then the Highlander will not be redesign for 2007. It will likely received the engine update (3.3L to 3.5L V6) along with some minor stuff.

FWIW, my fiance loves her 2006 Highlander! It is so smooth and quiet. It has excellent passenger and cargo space along with tons of nooks & crannies to store stuff. Awesome safety and reliability record. It will be our long distance vehicle of choice after we get married. We got a really good deal along with great finance rate (2.9%). I am sure that the next Highlander generation will be awesome (just look at the new Camry), but we love the current design enough to buy it.
