hi all, i saw threads talk about the hack on the 05-06 navi system, you can touch screen a sequence code to bypass the "driving lock up" function while the car is moving. but that code doesn't work on 07. does anyone know the new code for 07 verison navi?

it is very annoying and inconvenience when i want to input address but have to stop the vehicle. any input will be appreciated!

lawwailok, you gonna do the "hybrid" 5.1/6.1 disc or hardwire a switch? I guess these are the only ways to get this done. I'm gonna try it using a friend's '06 disc.
Anyone with an '08 T4R Nav.? Is it true that there is no more "I Agree" button?

you know what, i have no clue yet. LOL. the only function i really want is to input the address while the vehicle is moving, that's about it. i don't really care about the "i agree" button. but input the destination while driving is a must for me, or at least for my wife if she is the passenger. any idea?

Well, I'm gonna try the hybrid disc method cuz I don't want go in a cut up wire for a switch. Also, for the switch method, the other forum members were saying that the input period only lasts about a minute or so and you have to flip the switch back to continue inputting. What a PITA.

sorry about my laziness, and too lazy to read the other thread again, what is the advantage of doing the hybrid disc method again?

The 6.1 Version does not have a system override button but the 5.1 Version does. This allows inputting while driving. But of course the 6.1 Version maps are newer than the 5.1 version. Creating a hybrid disc allows you to have the override button and have the latest maps. With this disc, you have to do the "tapping" sequence everytime you turn on the ignition in order to get to the override button which is still a PITA.

Anyone in this forum make this disc?
