08 limited 4.7L not charging

Replaced alt due to alt noise and not charging ( not from the P/S pump) Also replaced Battery due to age and very low CCA and volts. Apon replacement of said parts, KOEO noticed No bat light on instrment cluster ( I did not notice opperation of Bat light (on or off) light prior to parts replacement . Voltage are as follows,KOEO, 3 wire conector W12.3v,GR 7.5v, Y-R 12.3v Main bat lead 12.3v . All 4 fuses are good , 140amp fuse,50 amp,7.5 gauge fuse , 15amp IG1 fuse. I did not check for a voltage drop between the 7.5 amp fuse and the combination meter as of yet and or the body ECU. any help would be great
