Wow, I've got a fried muffler, a leak behind and in front of the muffler, and teensy leaks behind and in front of the cat. I need to get my ass into the garage ASAP. Other than the CO risk and the mileage, is anything seriously harmful happening in the meantime?

Exhaust recommendations? Keep it simple or go all out?

After pricing, I'm gonna go aftermarket and boring. The Toyota dealer prices the OEM full exhaust at $2400 before any labour or tax.

I'm gonna get the ****ty thing changed, and new body mounts, and I hope it will feel like new after that, total price for the whole shebang, about $2200. Anything special on top would be more $$$. The things I'll do for love. It's lucky it isn't a Chrysler or a Dodge, 'cause it'd get sent to the heap.
