They'll fit but with the increased backspacing 265/70s may rub a little with no lift.

I know this thread is a little old, but I was hoping to get some advice. I installed these rims and am going back and forth between rings vs. no rings. It took a while, but I found some lock nuts that fit the thread (M8-1.0). Any thoughts?

Took off all the rings today and there was already a lot of fine dirt between the rim and ring and even a couple very small areas where the paint rubbed off after only 500 miles (or the shop chipped them, hard to tell)! In any case, I think they look good off and those things are heavy. I didn't weigh it but they feel like a pound or two each. Taking them off may offset some of the weight of those mickeys.
