18 inch rims

i ma new here, i am new to 4runner but have had many toyota trucks. my question: can my 18inch tundra rims/tires work on my new 2015 4runner. both are 6 bolt. the 2015 has 17 inch rims i believe. second question, i want a black bull bar with light bar, any for sale around nj pa, also any pic or ideas would be helpful. i want a clean look and tuff enough for off roading when i go hunting. i was thinking of a 22 inch light bar. idk, please pm, i am new here. thanks

Depends on offset and backspacing.
Why not just take one off and try it?
