So today I was in Fallbrook CA and there was a little car lot full of Toyota's. I had some time to kill so I fig why not, lets see what they have. Well I they had this very clean Tacoma 5speed 4x4 with a E-locker, engine was super clean, and not a speck of rust one the truck at all. Never been off road. Low milage also. But 18K WOW. Am I nuts for thinking that is high. The owner told me they had to pay a high price to even get. She said they look for this combo all the time but they are hard to get. She said same with 4Runners also. She drives a 3rd Gen Sport.

I was looking around on craigslist and noticed that tundras sell for less then tacoma's.

Not sure about other regions, but around here, tacomas and T4s are somewhat hard to find used, high priced, no room to negotiate, and the dealers know it. There is a pretty steady demand and never enough inventory.
