19 limited nightshade oil leaking from underneath

I have the Full-Time 4WD System w/A-TRAC & Locking Center Diff, took a peek underneath and noticed a drop of oil underneath and was wondering what part and if this leak should be promptly fixed.

Yep, my 2019 TRD had the same transfer case rear output seal leak at 32k. Looked exactly the same as the picture provided.
