1989 tranny question

I have a 1989 Toyota 4runner v6 3.0 automatic 4x4 I bought it with a bad tranny and I'm going to swap it out I went and looked at one today. I have pictures and it had numbers on it :Aisin 89 80 2 -(3080) will this fit my truck? Does it look like a good buy for $100?

So it's a a340H in my truck 89 3.0 4x4 but what is this one?

It's pretty simple, if that truck was a 4WD 6 cyl it's a A340H, if it was a 4WD 4 cyl it's a A340F. I can't quite tell from the bellhousing if it a 6 cyl or 4 cyl.
