1990 3.0 auto 4x4 missing under load

hey guys im new and ive been haveing some trouble after a timing belt water pump radi install. new plug wires cap rotor the tune up. and a bunch of new hoses and vacuum lines lol. and then i start it up no problem idles at like 1400 cold goes to 850ish when warm put it in gear and it starts missing and back fireing like crazy so check timing mech and elec and spot on 10 degrees btdc shorted the pins out for advance but another weird thing is if i roll all windows down at once it starts missing to. if in nuetral u can rev it no prob no missing or anything and had a crap load of bad vacuum hoses that i replaced so for the long crap thread just so frustrated

its just been a pain in my butt and when i put it in gear it drops to like 550ish rpms and starts missing and back firing

If you can repeat the problem with rolling down windows, I'd check your main grounds first. Does it do it with any type of electrical draw? (sunroof, heater on full blast)

ok up date cold start injector went bad was leaking fuel into intake mani changed it out runs like a champ now if i can only get it to stop pissing on my driveway lol
