1991 4runner

I have had this 1991 4runner for a little over two years. Am slowly starting to upgrade the truck. Have installed a K&N Air Intake. Love it! CP performance chip. Don't notice much of a difference but it was only 69 bucks. Anyone have any advice on upgrades for this 3.0 v6 other than swapping it out? Only has 150,000 miles on it. My big issue right now is beefing up the suspension and not breaking the bank. Any advice on beefing up the springs? Steering stabilizer? Shocks etc. I would like it if the truck didn't sway so much. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would do a set of header's so the heat from the back of the head is gone and you don't burn up exhaust valve's.
