1993 Toyota 4runner won't start

Hello there.. I have a 1993 Toyota 4Runner and he has been feeling a bit off lately.
There has been a lack of power..to the point where I almost hafta pop it on 4low to get up steep (residential) hills!
I have been noticing a louder than normal, yet still rather faint clicking sound..coming from the driver side.
I came up here to the ski hill last night, and my truck made it just fine.
But this morning, I went to start my truck.. He turns over, over and over again.. But will not fire up!
Any ideas what my problem may be??

Might want to start with a full tune up. Plugs, wires etc.
