1994 4Runner shift knob replace??

Is it possible to replace the shift knob/handle on my 1994 Toyota 4Runner? I've tried to spin it off and it doesn't budge, so I was wondering if anyone else had tried to get it off before. Thanks!

You just have to turn the crap out of it. It'll come off like any other knob but after 20+ years it'll be a pain in the ass to remove without some penetrating fluid

Yup sometimes it's best to just pull the hole assembly off and put it in a vice.
