1995 4R Idle Speed Help

Hello Fellow 4R Lovers...
We just bought a 95, with 141k, and I think the idle speed is too high. it's about 1100 RPM normally. I'm thinking it should be 700. I looked at the cable and thing that rotates under the hood, and it seems there are 2 vacuum diaphragms that have a small bolt/screw that might be turned to slow it down.
Which one should I adjust ?
I read here that it would just take a screwdriver, but I don't see that for this year model.

there is a flathead screw on the throttle body, that is your idle adjustment screw. on the pic it is right below where it says TOYOTA on the left side. (This is assuming you have a V6, you didnt specify)

I will search for idle speed now also. I'm guessing 800.

Before you go turning screws, stop to wonder why it is not at the spec of 800 at idle. Perhaps there is a problem causing it to idle to high. Check all your vacuum lines before you just start adjusting things.

Exactly... I would bet there is a vacuum leak somewhere. The idle doesn't just go out of adjustment on it's own.
You are observing this with a fully warmed up engine and the A/C off right?

Hey everyone, I have a similar issue - my idle WAS around 1100 usually, but lately has been 1500 (most of the time) while being 1100-1200, 1800-1900, and sometimes even 500-600 RPMs. I checked for vacuum leaks, I replaced the air intake hose, spark plugs, and wires and I think it may be an issue with the idle air control valve. Does anybody have any advice on diagnosing and fixing this problem? I have the v6 on my 1995 4Runner 4x4. I have no experience with IAC valves so any help is appreciated.
